About Us: Andrews TV Direct, est. 1979, is a small family run business built on customer service and an unrivalled pride in our work. Our staff are very knowledgeable and always on hand to help with any query however big or small. We are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction.

Making A Purchase: - Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to view. To buy the item click on the ‘BUY NOW’ button and put it into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "GOTO CHECKOUT" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Please note credit cards are subject to a 2.5% credit card surcharge. Debit cards carry no surcharge.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, cheque or bank transfer. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling: - Shipping is not included in the price. Prices for delivery are calculated as you add products to your shopping basket.

NEXT DAY delivery refers to the next working day i.e. Monday-Friday and will be between 9:00am and 5:30pm. Any requests for more specific times can be facilitated, but this option will incur an extra charge. The above prices are quoted for mainland UK delivery.

Delivery Schedule: - We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in within 3 business days. If the item ordered is not in stock, a full refund will be offered.

Back Orders: - If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee: - We guarantee your satisfaction. All products come with at least one full years manufacturers warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You have the right to cancel and return your order for credit or refund within seven days from the date of delivery if you are not totally satisfied. In this situation you will be responsible for the full cost and safe return of the goods to us, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Products received back damaged, incomplete or used will be returned to you and the cost of redelivery will be charged to you.

A refund of all monies excluding postage and packing charges, will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Where the goods are not electronically faulty or not wrongly delivered by us the goods must be returned at your cost. If you are not able to return the goods we can arrange collection of the goods and deduct the direct cost from the refund. In the unlikely event that you should have a complaint of any kind, please put it in writing to the above e-mail address. We will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 5 working days and action it accordingly. We will treat your complaint fairly, confidentially, and effectively and will keep you informed throughout the procedure.
